Aichen is a district of the municipality of Nellingen in the Alb-Donau district in Baden-Württemberg . The hamlet is located about one kilometer southeast of Nellingen and can be reached via the 1233 highway.
history
Aichen was first mentioned in a document in 1143. The place belonged to the Kaisheim monastery under helpless stone , since 1482 under Ulmischen bailiwick . In the 13th and early 14th centuries grangie of the monastery. The place was set on fire by the French in 1688.
