Aires de Ornelas e Vasconcelos

Dom Aires de Ornelas e Vasconcelos (born September 18, 1837 in Funchal , † November 28, 1880 in Goa ) was a Portuguese clergyman of the Catholic Church.

In 1871, the prelate became coadjutor of the Bishop of Funchal and titular bishop of Gerasa . In 1872 he became Bishop of Funchal and on July 23, 1874 Archbishop of Goa . He held this office for six years until his death in 1880.

He was co- consecrator of the Patriarch Cardinal José Sebastião de Almeida Neto .
