Akamas (son of Eussorus)
Akamas ( Greek Ἀκάμας ) is a Thracian of Greek mythology .
In Homer's Iliad he is a son of Eussorus . In the Trojan War he is the leader of the Thracians and is characterized by his speed and bravery, but is killed by Aias the Telamonian . In Dictys Cretensis he dies at the hand of Idomeneus .
