The Ak-Suu River ( kirghiz Ак-Суу Ak-Suu ) is a left tributary of Syrdarja in Kyrgyzstan and in Tadschikistan ( Central Asia ).

The Aksuu originates in Kyrgyzstan on the northern flank of the Turkestan chain . The river flows through the west of the Leilek district in the Batken area in an initially northwestern direction, later in a northerly direction. It forms the border with Tajikistan in the west for about 10 km. The Aksuu picks up the Sumbula from the right and then passes the village of Aksuu of the same name . After another 15 km, the Aksuu crosses the border to Tajikistan. The Aksuu covers the last 25 km in the lowlands of the Fergana Valley . The city of Now is just before the estuary on the right bank of the river. Eventually the Aksuu meets the Syr Darya streaming west. The Aksuu has a length of about 116 km. The catchment area covers 753 km².
