Alamettin was a municipality in the Turkish district of Sarıoğlan in the province of Kayseri ( Central Anatolia Region ) until 2014 . It has been part of the district town of Sarıoğlan since the 2014 territorial reform . The village is located about 60 km north of the provincial capital, is the northernmost village of the Kayseri province and is close to the borders with the provinces of Sivas and Yozgat . The last mayor was Nafiz Ceran.
