Alban Ramaj (born November 8, 1985 in Peć , SFR Yugoslavia , today Kosovo ) is a Kosovar football player .
Career
Alban Ramaj started in the youth department of the Würzburger FV . In 2002 he made the jump to the U-19 team and in 2004 to the first team from Würzburger FV. For the 2005/06 season he moved to TSV 1860 Munich II, where he stayed until the end of the 2007 season and then moved to Energie Cottbus II. For the 2008/09 season he moved to the third division Kickers Emden in East Friesland. After Emden withdrew voluntarily into the league after the 2008/09 season for licensing reasons, he moved to FC Erzgebirge Aue .
At Aue, the left winger was a regular player in the 2009/10 season until his red card on matchday 32 and contributed with his six goals in 30 appearances to promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga. After he missed the start of the season due to thigh problems in the following second division year, he had difficulties fighting his way back into the team. From the 29th matchday he was back on the starting line-up and still played 15 games this season. In the first half of the 2011/12 season, however, he only made three appearances for Aue. On January 31, 2012, Ramaj signed a one and a half year contract with FC Carl Zeiss Jena . After only six months, his club announced the separation on June 30, 2012.
In January 2013, the clubless Ramaj joined the Würzburger Kickers . After 13 back-round matches for Kickers in the Regionalliga Bayern , he moved to FC 08 Homburg in summer 2013 , where he signed a one-year contract. In January 2015 Ramaj moved to SV Waldhof Mannheim , which he left again in the summer. He returned in January 2016, but was hardly ever used. After only one assignment for the first team, he was mostly unavailable to the club and after several months only came to seven league games and four goals for the second team of SV Waldhof Mannheim with play in the regional league Rhein / Neckar in spring 2017.
