In 1928 Albatros presented its new design, the aerobatic Albatros L-75 Ass , to the public for the first time. It was intended as a training aircraft for advanced pilots, as a training machine for navigators and radio operators and also for aerial surveying. The camera for this purpose was located under the rear, fold-up seat. Large numbers of this model were produced, among others for the German Aviation School .
