Albe Vidaković

Albe Vidaković (born October 1, 1914 in Subotica , † April 18, 1964 in Zagreb ) was a Yugoslav pastor, composer and musicologist from the Batschka (today Vojvodina , Serbia ).

Life

He enjoyed his education in Rome and made his career in Zagreb . He wrote some works and reformed the church music that had been common up until then. He was also the founder of the School of Church Music in Zagreb. He died of a heart attack at the age of 49.

Institutions
