Albert Barth (politician)

Albert Adolf Barth (born November 27, 1856 in Wimpfen am Berg , † June 22, 1914 in Willsbach ) was a German farmer and politician .

Life

Barth's parents were the mayor Johann Dietrich Barth and Jakobina Caterina Klenk.

Barth was a farmer and member of the community council in Willsbach. He was a member and, from 1906, deputy chairman of the Federation of Farmers in Württemberg .

In 1906 Barth ran for the Chamber of Deputies of the Württemberg Land estates in the Weinsberg constituency and won the election against the previous holder of the mandate, the Stuttgart building contractor Reinhold Cleß . In the 1912 election he was seriously ill and no longer ran.

family

In 1885 Barth married his wife Anna Karolina Lisette Rudolph (1863–1944). The marriage had three children, including the daughter Julia Lina Barth (1886–1940), who married Hans Hege in 1913 , who at that time lived on the Breitenauer Hof farm next to Willsbach .
