Albert Flattich

Albert Flattich (born March 5, 1899 in Nussdorf , † October 10, 1970 ibid) was a German farmer and politician ( FDP / DVP ).

Life

Flattich was born the son of a farmer. He worked on his parents' farm in Nussdorf, which he later took over. He was a soldier in the First and Second World Wars .

Flattich was appointed mayor of the Nussdorf community by the American military government in May 1945 and was subsequently confirmed in the office he held until 1948. He joined the Democratic People's Party, from which the state association of the FDP Baden-Württemberg emerged in October 1952 . In 1950 he was elected to the state parliament of Württemberg-Baden , to which he belonged until 1952. From 1952 to 1968 he was a member of the state constituent assembly (1952–1953) and a member of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg (1953–1968).
