Albert Friedrich Schröder
Albert Friedrich Schröder (born November 3, 1854 in Dresden , † April 3, 1939 in Munich ) was a German genre painter.
Schröder studied at the Weimar Art School under Charles Verlat (1824–1890) and from 1876 under Ferdinand Pauwels (1830–1904) at the Dresden Art Academy .
After completing his studies, he moved to Munich in 1883, where he worked as a painter. He mainly created genre paintings in the style of Dutch painting of the 17th and 18th centuries. Schröder's works are u. a. in the museums of Duisburg and Magdeburg.
