Albert Kaltenmoser

Albert Kaltenmoser (born May 1, 1844 in Munich ; † February 22, 1871 there ) was a German genre painter.

Albert Kaltenmoser was a son of the painter Kaspar Kaltenmoser (1806–1867), brother of the painters Max Kaltenmoser (1842–1887) and Karl Kaltenmoser (1853–1923).

Albert Kaltenmoser was initially determined by his father to be a bell caster and later a lithographer . Nevertheless, he decided to paint . From October 30, 1862, he studied at the Classical Class of Antiquities at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich with Arthur von Ramberg .

Albert Kaltenmoser fell ill with consumption . He created only two genre pictures: ( hunter chatting with a gift girl and sick child who refuses medicine ), which were purchased by the Munich Art Association .

Albert Kaltenmoser died in 1871 at the age of 26.
