Albrecht Friedrich von Lempp

Albrecht Friedrich Lempp , from 1812 von Lempp , (born April 19, 1763 in Stuttgart ; † January 23, 1819 ibid) was a Württemberg chief bailiff.

Life and work

Albrecht Friedrich von Lempp attended grammar school in Stuttgart from 1769 to 1778. From 1778 to 1784 he studied law at the Hohen Karlsschule . In 1784 Lempp became government secretary. He made several trips to England and France. In 1789 he received his doctorate. From 1785 to 1791 he was a government council registrar, from 1788 to 1791 at the same time lecturer and assessor of the law faculty of the High Charles School. In 1791 he took over the position of senior official at the Oberamt Kirchheim under the title of Privy Council. In 1811, for health reasons, he asked for a dispensation from being personally present during conflagrations. Instead, he was transferred to the Higher Justice College against his will as a higher judicial review council.

He married Marie Ludovike Ernestine Mutschler (1768–1850) in Ludwigsburg on November 20, 1788. The marriage had the children Ernst Friedrich (* 1791), Therese (* 1793), Ludovike (* 1796), Friederike (* 1799), Ernestine Luise (* 1800), Charlotte Auguste (* 1803) and Eberhard Albrecht (* 1805) .

Honors, ennobling

Albrecht Friedrich von Lempp was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Württemberg Civil Merit Order on November 6, 1812 , which was associated with the personal title of nobility.
