Albrecht Heldrich

Albrecht Heldrich (born October 13, 1862 in Kronach , † September 28, 1928 ) was a German judge .

Life

After visiting the Königliche Studien- und Erziehungs-Anstalt zu Neuburg an der Donau, Heldrich was accepted into the Maximilianeum in 1882 . Here he was sworn in on the Bavarian sovereign. In 1890 he became a magistrate. In 1896 he was appointed second public prosecutor. He moved back to the bench in 1898 as a councilor at the regional court. In 1906 he became first public prosecutor and in 1910 higher regional judge. He came to the Reichsgericht on New Year's Day 1916. He was active in both civil and criminal senates. He retired in mid-September 1928. He passed away less than two weeks later.

family

His father was a senior railway inspector. His sister Karoline had been with the later President of the Bavarian Insurance Chamber Dr. jur. Ferdinand von Englert (1862–1935) married. The legal scholar Karl Heldrich (1900–1939) was his son.
