Albrecht Müllerschön (born December 7, 1957 in Cleebronn ) is a German author of several specialist books and articles on the subjects of personnel management and fee negotiations. He has a doctorate in psychology and the owner of a management consulting company in Starzeln .

biography

Müllerschön studied law and psychology in Regensburg and Tübingen . From 1986 he was a lecturer at the Institute for Educational Science II at the University of Tübingen . There he trained coaches and supervisors with the pedagogue Christian Weisbach and the theologian Gaby Goy. At the same time, he was employed as a personnel officer for an automotive supplier.

From 1990, Müllerschön worked as a trainer and consultant for an international management consultancy in Tübingen. In 1995 he became managing director of one of their subsidiaries. In 1997 he founded the management consultancy Müllerschön, which specializes in the field of personnel diagnostics, selection, management and development.

In addition to his consulting work, Müllerschön works as a specialist author. In 2004, the first edition of his book “As a leader successfully start”, written with Christina Seitter, and in 2005 of his book “Applicants professionally select” appeared. In 2014 his book “Preparing and leading discussions professionally” was published.
