Aleh Tamaschewitsch ( Belarusian Алег Тамашэвіч , international after English translation Aleh Tamashevich ; born  May 31, 2000 ) is a Belarusian shot putter .

Career

Aleh Tamaschewitsch has so far achieved a national as well as an important international success.

Tamaschewitsch was able to secure the gold medal at the U20 European Athletics Championships in Borås , Sweden in 2019 with a thrown 21.32 m (6 kg).

Tamashevich had already made a name for himself as a shot putter at the 2018 U20 World Athletics Championships in Tampere , Finland , when he positioned himself in fifth place with a score of 20.37 m (6 kg).

A good six months before his triumph at the U20 European Championships, Tamashevich won the Belarusian indoor championships in Mahiljou - he threw the ball 19.73 m.
