Aleksandra Urbańczyk-Olejarczyk (born November 30, 1987 in Łódź ) is a Polish swimmer . The versatile intermediate swimmer achieved the majority of her international successes, including a European title, on the 25-meter lane.

Career highlights

Aleksandra Urbańczyk won her only medal at the world championships on the short course in 2012 in Istanbul on the back sprint course with bronze in 26.50 seconds behind the Chinese Zhao Jing (25.95, CR) and the American Olivia Smoliga (26.13 ).

In contrast, the European short course championships have brought her eight precious metals so far. The success of 2004 in Vienna over the 100 m individual medley stood out: In 1: 00.75 min she was able to relegate the British Lisa Chapman (1: 00.88) and the Erlangener Teresa Rohmann (1: 01.18) to the places.
