Alessandro Iandoli (born April 29, 1984 in Basel ) is a former Swiss football player of Italian descent .
Career
Iandoli began his professional career in 2003 in his hometown at FC Concordia Basel , in the second Swiss league . He scored 31 goals in 139 league games there before moving to Italy in 2008.
His new employer was Pescara Calcio , a club from the Italian third division . However, he was loaned to US Avellino from Serie B before the start of the season, where he was never used. In the second half of the 2008/2009 season he returned to Pescara and completed 12 missions.
For the 2009/10 season he then moved to the first division promoted KAS Eupen . He completed 32 games in his first season and rose to the top division with Eupen. After Iandoli played for a year at the Belgian first division club VV Sint-Truidense , he went to the Hungarian first division club Újpest FC for a season on loan. In 2013 there was another loan for six months, this time to Standard Liège . Then he returned to St. Truiden and ended his active career there in 2016.
