Alexander Alexandrowitsch Evtuschenko ( Russian Александр Александрович Евтушенко , English Alexander Evtushenko ; born June 30, 1993 in Maikop , Adygeja ) is a Russian cyclist who is active on the road and rail .

In 2013 and 2014, Alexander Evtushenko was the Russian champion in the individual time trial in the U23 class. In 2013, he won the silver medal in the singles pursuit at the European Junior Track Championships . In 2014 he was third in the European championship (U23) in the individual time trial on the road and in the European championships of the elite on the track, vice-European champion in the single pursuit.
