Alexander Anetsberger
Alexander Anetsberger (born July 6, 1968 in Kirchberg vorm Wald ) is a Bavarian local politician ( CSU ). He has been the District Administrator of the Eichstätt district since May 1, 2020 .
Life
After school education and 15 months of military service, Anetsberger studied geography at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt . After working as a product manager at a travel agency, he headed the Hauzenberg tourist office and then worked in the same position for the city of Beilngries . At the East Bavarian Tourism Association , he finally worked as marketing manager for the Bavarian Forest.

In the term of office from May 2014 to April 2020, Anetsberger was first mayor of the city of Beilngries. In the local elections on March 15, 2020 , he achieved 47.15% of four applicants and was elected to the Eichstätt District Administrator with 51.78% in the runoff election on March 29, 2020.
Private
Anetsberger is in a relationship and has two children.
