Alexander Gosztonyi

Alexander Gosztonyi (born November 22, 1925 in Budapest ; † October 6, 2011 ) ran a practice as a life coach and regression therapist in Zurich for over 40 years . In addition, he led seminars and training courses. He has published on scientific subjects, philosophy, psychology, theology and the history of religion.

Life

Gosztonyi studied mathematics and physics at the Technical University of Budapest and the Technical University of Vienna . He also completed a degree in philosophy at the University of Zurich , where he received his doctorate in 1953 with a dissertation on the structure of thinking. After his training he worked as a mathematics teacher at a school. He held seminars and lectures, ran a practice for life coaching and regression therapy and wrote non-fiction books, mainly on philosophical, psychological and esoteric topics. His book The Room. History of his problems in philosophy and science (1976) was honored with a detailed review by Hermann Schmitz . In 1984 he met his wife Rita Maria Gosztonyi-Schmid, who also supported him professionally.
