Alexander Kletsel

Alexander Kletsel (born July 18, 1959 in Mykolaiv ) is a Ukrainian-German gynecologist and obstetrician with a focus on special obstetrics and perinatal medicine , special surgical gynecology and gynecological oncology .

education

Kletsel studied medicine from 1976 to 1981 at the 1st Medical School in Leningrad and from 1981 to 1982 at the Medical School in Odessa . In 1996 he was awarded the title of specialist in gynecology and obstetrics by the Westphalia-Lippe Medical Association . In 1999 Kletsel defended the dissertation on the subject of "Primary tumor multiplicity of organs of the female reproductive system" with the degree of Doctor of Medicine. Since 2003 he has received the authorization of the optional advanced training "Special Operative Gynecology" from the Medical Association of Lower Saxony, and has all additional advanced training in the field of gynecology and obstetrics in special surgical gynecology (2008), in special obstetrics and perinatal medicine (2009) and in Gynecological Oncology (2010). In 2005 he demonstrated his scientific qualifications in the regular habilitation process on the subject of "Primary Endocrine Therapy of Breast Cancer" (Research Institute for Oncology NN Petrov, St. Petersburg ) and successfully achieved his habilitation. From 2007 to 2008 he completed his scientific work at the Research Institute for Oncology NN Petrov, St. Petersburg to be awarded the professorship.

Clinical activity

Kletsel was employed both at the clinic of the Research Institute for Oncology in St. Petersburg and at the regional hospital in Nikolaev. Kletsel was used in the obstetric and gynecological sectors. In addition, he was deputy chief physician for three years.

In Germany

In Germany, Kletsel was able to find his first field of activity as a research assistant at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster , where he worked from 1992 to 1999. From 1996 to 1999 he served as a senior physician specializing in gynecological oncology in all areas of the women's clinic. Between 1999 and 2001 Kletsel worked as a resident doctor with his own medical department in Unna-Massen . From 2002 Kletsel worked as a senior physician at the gynecological clinic at the Osnabrück Clinic , both in the obstetrics department and in the delivery room, as well as in the operative-gynecological and ontological area. In cooperation with the urological clinic there, he succeeded in establishing a joint urogynecological consultation, which was expanded into a pelvic floor center under the direction of Kletsel in 2003. On January 1, 2003, he was appointed deputy head physician at the women's clinic and head of the "Operative Gynecology" department. In 2007 he left the Osnabrück Clinic.

From May 1, 2008 to October 15, 2009, Kletsel was in the Aschaffenburg Clinic, the academic teaching hospital of the University of Würzburg, under the direction of Alexander T. Teichmann, as head of the “Operative Gynecology” and pelvic floor center as well as representing the chief physician of the women's clinic Main Spessart Clinic busy.
