Alexander Noll (born May 6, 1960 in Hanau ) is a German politician ( FDP ).

education and profession

After graduating from high school (1978), Noll began teaching high schools in German and chemistry in Frankfurt am Main . He later studied general administration at the Administrative College in Wiesbaden and received his degree in administration . From 1988 to 1991, Noll worked in the Office for School, Culture and Sport in the Main-Kinzig district . From 1991 to 1997 he was deputy head of the school and sports department of the Hochtaunus district , and then from 1997 to 2002 head of the control center for employment promotion in the Hochtaunus district and managing director of Taunusdienste. In an online course in "Public Management" at the University of Kassel , he received a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree . Until his election to the state parliament in January 2009, Noll worked as deputy head of the revision of the Hochtaunuskreis. Since May 2014 he has been a full-time lecturer for economics at the Hessian University for Police and Administration in Wiesbaden.

politics

From 1981 to 2001 and from 2006 to 2009 Noll was a member of the Großkrotzenburg community council and from 2001 to 2006 first alderman of the Großkrotzenburg community. From 2006 to 2009 Noll was chairman of the Großkrotzenburg FDP parliamentary group.

In the state election on January 18, 2009, he was elected to the Hessian state parliament for the FDP . Noll ran in the constituency Main-Kinzig I as a direct candidate and was elected over the 14th place on the state list. In January 2014 he left the state parliament. In the Hessian state parliament he was a member of the budget committee and chairman of his parliamentary group there. Furthermore, Noll was spokesman for finances, budget, administrative management and financial controlling of the FDP parliamentary group in the state parliament.

He has been a member of the district council in the Main-Kinzig district since 2006; here he was parliamentary managing director from 2006 to 2011 and from 2011 to 2016 parliamentary group chairman of the FDP district parliamentary group. Between 2008 and 2014 he was chairman of the FDP Main-Kinzig. He is a member of the state board of the FDP and the Association of Liberal Local Politicians. In the local elections in Hesse in 2011 , as well as in the district election in March 2017, Noll ran for the office of district administrator of the Main-Kinzig district.
