The Alexander Valley is a valley in East Antarctica, Victoria Land . It lies between Mount Leland and Sponsors Peak in the Cruzen Range . The lower end of the valley is ice-free and opens to the Upper Victoria Glacier . The upper section of the valley, on the other hand, is partly icy and is dominated by the 1250  m high Mount Isaac .

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the valley in 2005 after the American marine biologist Stephen Paul Alexander (* 1959), who carried out studies on bottom-living foraminifera for the United States Antarctic Program between 1985 and 2001 in McMurdo Sound and from 2002 to 2004 as Laboratory Manager of the Albert P. Crary Science and Engineering Center on McMurdo Station .
