Alexandro Pape
Alexandro Pape (born December 3, 1973 in Neuss ) is a German chef .
Life
Alexandro Pape's father comes from Sardinia . After completing his training, he moved to the Herzog von Burgund restaurant in Neuss in 1993 , to the Residence restaurant in Essen with Henri Bach in 1996, and in 1998 to the Hummerstübchen restaurant with Peter Nöthel in Düsseldorf.
From 1999 to 2016 he cooked in the Fährhaus restaurant on Sylt , which was awarded two Michelin stars and 17 points in Gault Millau . The restaurant was closed in the first quarter of 2016.
In April 2016, Pape opened a “beer and bread parlor” with beer from Papes “Sylter Genussmacherei”, home-baked bread and spreads.
Pape has two daughters.
