Alexandru Alexandrini

Alexandru Alexandrini (born May 2, 1902 in Botoşani , Romania , † 1981 ), also incorrectly Alexandru Alexandrescu , was a liberal Romanian politician and his country's finance minister until 1947.

Alexandru Alexandrini studied law and then worked as a lawyer. Then he joined the National Liberal Party (Partidul Național Liberal) and was elected in 1933 as a member of Parliament for Severin . In the same year he became secretary or head of cabinet to Prime Minister Ion Duca , who, however, was murdered in December 1933. Alexandrini remained deputy henceforth of Dinu Brătianu out party until 1937. After the revolution of August 23, 1944 entered the Alexandrini of ex-Premier Gheorghe Tătărescu newly founded National-Liberal Party - Tătărescu (Partidul Național Liberal - Tătărescu) at, became a member of the party executive committee and was re-elected to parliament in November 1946.
