Wizenko achieved his first top 10 placement in the Eastern Europe Cup in November 2009 in Vershina Tjoi with eighth place over 10 km classic and won silver with the Russian relay at the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2010 in Hinterzarten . In November 2010, Wizenko achieved his first podium finish in the Eastern Europe Cup with third place in the sprint in Vershina Tjoi and one day later finished ninth in the classic 15 km. In December 2010 he was eighth over 15 km classic at the Eastern Europe Cup in Krasnogorsk . Wizenko made his debut in the cross-country skiing world cup in January 2011 in Otepää , where he finished the classic 15 km race in 44th place; on February 6, 2011 he was seventh at the World Cup in Rybinsk with the third Russian season. Sixth place in the skiathlon end of February 2014 in Syktyvkar Wizenko managed another top-10 ranking in Eastern Europe Cup before he scored km classic in November 2014, 15 in Werschina Tjoi his first victory; a month later he achieved another top 10 place in Krasnogorsk with seventh place over 30 km classic. In the following season he achieved 46th place in the Ruka Triple and 18th place in the Tour de Ski 2017/18 , reaching 43rd place in the overall World Cup. At the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang , he ran to 49th place in the 15 km freestyle, 23rd place in the skiathlon and 21st place in the sprint. In the 2019/20 season he took two thirds, three second and one first place, second place in the overall ranking of the Eastern Europe Cup.
