Alexei Nikolayevich Dushkin
Alexey Dushkin ( Russian Алексей Николаевич Душкин * December 24, 1903 . Jul / January 6th, 1904 greg. In the village Alexandrowka, Kharkov Governorate , † 8. October 1977 in Moscow ) was a Soviet architect .
Life
Duschkin first studied chemistry and then switched to studying architecture in Kharkov . As an architect, he constructed a number of important buildings in Russia. It is known in particular for the design of several metro stations.
The architect and architectural historian Natalja Olegowna Duschkina is Duschkin's granddaughter.
