Alexis (comic artist)
Alexis , actually Dominique Vallet (born September 18, 1946 in Boulogne-Billancourt , † September 7, 1977 in Paris ) was a French comic artist .
After graduating from high school, Alexis worked as a cartoonist for various magazines. In 1968 he joined Pilote magazine . Here he drew the three-part Timoléon for Fred . From 1970 he became a partner of Gotlib , for whom he drew literature and film parodies. This was followed by humorous work at Fluide Glacial and Pif Gadget .
In 1976, Al Crane followed , a western parody text by Gérard Lauzier . He also acted on some episodes of the Superdupont series .
