Alfons Hutter

Alfons Hutter (* 1953 in Wendelstein ) is a German clergyman .

Bishop Alois Brems ordained Hutter on July 2, 1983 as a priest. He then became a chaplain in Lauterhofen . In 1984 he became cathedral vicar and episcopal secretary to Karl Braun . In 1988 he became director of the Hirschberg Castle diocesan retreat house . In 1995 he became pastor of St. Augustin in Ingolstadt . In September 2001 he was released from military chaplaincy in Mittenwald . From 2005 he worked in Amberg and from 2011 in Fürstenfeldbruck . In 2007 he was promoted to military dean . During this time he also worked in Afghanistan , Kosovo and Mali . When the attack on June 7, 2003, he was present after the attack in Kabul. On November 14, 2018, Ursula von der Leyen awarded him the Bundeswehr Cross of Honor in Gold . He has lived in Thalmässing since December and is building up pastoral care for military chaplains.
