Alfons Zgrzebniok (born August 16, 1891 in Dziergowitz , Silesia ; † January 31, 1937 in Marcinkowice , Chełmiec municipality , Powiat Nowosądecki ), pseudonym "Rakoczy", was a member of the management of Polska Organizacja Wojskowa Górnego Śląska (POWGŚl), from 7. August 1919 as commander of this organization.

He led the first two Polish uprisings in Upper Silesia . During the third uprising, he was initially responsible for recruiting in the personnel department, after which he became a commander in the staff of the 1st division of the insurgents. In 1923 he founded the Związek Powstańców Śląskich (Association of Silesian Insurgents). In 1931 he became voivode in Białystok . In 1937 he suddenly died of heart disease and was buried in Rybnik .
