Alfred Gesswein Literature Prize

The Alfred Gesswein Literature Prize was awarded every two years from 1993 to 2009 by the Literature Podium in memory of one of its founders, Alfred Gesswein .

history

In accordance with the diverse work of the namesake, the competition was advertised in a different literary genre every year. The prize was endowed with 2000 euros.

Award winners

The prize is followed by the Alois Vogel Literature Prize named after Alois Vogel , which was first awarded to Carolina Schutti in 2012 ; The 2014 award winner was Armin Baumgartner .
