Alfred Grosche (born January 20, 1950 in Winterberg ) is a former German ski jumper .

Grosche, who started for the Winterberg ski club , jumped at the Four Hills Tournament between 1969 and 1977 . In addition, he was German champion on the 70 meter hill in 1969, 1975 and 1977 and also German champion on the 90 meter hill in 1974, 1975 and 1977.

At the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo , he reached 47th place on the normal hill and 52nd place on the large hill. Four years later at the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck , he jumped from the normal hill to 10th and from the large hill to 16th place.

He achieved his best result in the Four Hills Tournament in 1973/74 when he finished seventh in the overall ranking after a 7th place in Oberstdorf and an eighth place in Garmisch-Partenkirchen .

He took part in the Vysoké Tatry (High Tatras) in 1970 and in Falun in 1974 in the Nordic World Ski Championships . In Falun he finished 23rd in 1973 in Oberstdorf and 1975 on the Kulm, he took part in the ski flying world championships, where he achieved 12th place on the Kulm. In 1975 he won international ski jumping in Thunder Bay Canada and Falun; in the same places he ranked second in the second competitions. In the same year he took 3rd place on Holmenkollen. Alfred Grosche also won the Kongsberg Cup in Norway on February 22, 1975 and two days earlier he took second place in the same place. The cup was held in Kongsberg from 1947 to 2002. In the winter of 1975, Alfred Grosche had the best year of his career with seven podium places.

Today he is the federal base trainer for the youngsters in Winterberg .
