Alfred Wolfermann

Alfred Otto Ferdinand Wolfermann (born June 21, 1902 in Berlin ; † June 18, 1945 there ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Life

Wolfermann was born the son of an innkeeper. After graduating from elementary school, he worked as an office delivery boy and clerk in Berlin from 1916. He attended the advanced training school and worked as an office worker from 1932.

Wolfermann joined the Greater German Workers' Party in October 1922 , which, like the NSDAP, was banned a year later. From 1923 to 1925 he was a member of the Deutschvölkischer Schutz- und Trutzbund . From there he switched to the German National Freedom Party (DVFP) before finally joining the NSDAP on January 4, 1926 ( membership number 27.302). From 1926 to December 31, 1937 he was district leader or district leader of the NSDAP for the districts of Tiergarten and Schöneberg . From March 1926 to 1928 he was a member of the SA - "Gausturm" Berlin.

Wolfermann was a member of the Berlin city council from 1930 to 1933 . In April 1932 he was elected as a member of the Prussian state parliament, to which he belonged until the end of the fourth legislative period in 1933. In parliament he represented constituency 3 (Potsdam II).

During the time of National Socialism Wolfermann took over functions in the Berlin city administration. In March 1933 he became an unpaid city councilor of the main administration for accident prevention, fire society, fire brigade. From 1933 to 1934 he was a councilor at the Pfandbriefamt and from 1934 to 1945 a paid councilor for the main administration. Within the SA he was promoted to Sturmbannführer for special use on November 9, 1937, to Obersturmbannführer on January 30, 1941 and to Standartenführer on November 9, 1942.
