Ali Bouali (born October 16, 1981 in Zaanstad ), better known by his stage name Ali B , is a Dutch rapper with Moroccan ancestors.

Life

Ali B was born as Ali Bouali on October 16, 1981 in Zaanstad, North Holland .

In 2004, Ali B and Marco Borsato had the Dutch number one hit Wat zou je doen . In the same year he founded the music label SPEC Entertainment.

In 2011, Ali B became the presenter of the TV series "Ali B op full toeren" on the Dutch TV channel TROS . He invites artists from different genres with them crossover - cover versions to sing their famous songs. Since 2013 he has been a juror and coach in the Dutch edition of the singing talent show The Voice .

Ali Bouali has been married since 2006 and has two sons with his wife, born in 2009 and 2011.
