Alimuchammed Quttumuratuly ( Kazakh Алимұхаммед Құттұмұратұлы , Russian Алимухаммед Куттумуратулы / Alimuchammed Kuttumuratuly * 12. August 1983 in Chromtau , Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakh politician .
Life
Alimuchammed Quttumuratuly was born in Chromtau in 1983 . He has three degrees. In 2007 he graduated from the State University of Aktobe with a degree in Economics, followed by a degree from the Kazakh-Russian International University in 2012. He graduated from the Russian Academy of Economics and Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation in 2017 .
From 2004 to 2006 he worked as a supplier for various commercial organizations in Aqtöbe . After graduating from university, he initially worked for two years in the Department of Economics and Budget Planning in the administration of the Western Kazakhstan region . Between 2010 and 2012 he was Head of Unit in the regional administration before he was appointed Deputy Äkim (Governor) of Western Kazakhstan. After only one year in this post, from 2013 he worked for the regional administration of the Atyrau region, where he was head of the department for natural resources and environmental management between 2013 and 2016. From 2016 to 2017 he was Äkim of Machambet County and from 2017 to 2018 Äkim of Shylyoi County in the Atyrau region. He has been Äkim (Mayor) of Atyrau since June 28, 2018 .
