all: my: faults was a two-man crossover band from Darmstadt .
Career
Founded in 2003 by steve: kiai ( All Will Know , We Are Guilty, formerly Somaside, Seven Inch Bastards), all: my: faults were a solo project in the first two years and one of the first bands in Germany to consistently use their music distributed free of charge under Creative Commons licenses. In 2005 joe: riot (formerly Agathodaimon ) joined the band, which was also reflected in the musical design. The sound became significantly harder and more metal-heavy. Two years later all: my: faults took part in the Open Music Contest of the Marburg AStA and were selected by the jury for the sampler with the best participating pieces. In 2007 all: my: faults released a 5-track EP with the same name under the name [avoid the debris], on which they recorded songs that they did not consider suitable for the album, which was released shortly afterwards. In 2008, the studio album neo.NøiR followed, which was downloaded over 50,000 times in the first three months after its release. At the end of the same year, the band decided to forego album releases in the future. In the current series of single releases, the band experimented with 8-bit sound elements.
At Last.fm , their pieces have been played over 320,000 times by around 21,000 different listeners (as of November 2012).
Since 2010 the last remaining member Steve: Kiai has paused with his project all: my: faults.
