All Saints is the second largest city in the island state of Antigua and Barbuda with more than 5,000 inhabitants .

history
In 1674 the first large-scale sugar cane plantation on Antigua was built in the city . Since this played a huge role in the country's history, the government converted it into an open-air museum .
