Almorzando con Mirtha Legrand (originally Almorzando ... ) is an Argentine talk show . It is one of the most popular programs in the country and was broadcast again with only brief interruptions from 1968 to 2011 and with a revised concept from 2013. This makes it one of the longest television programs in Argentina.

The concept of the show, which alternated several times between América TV , Canal 13 , Canal 9 and Canal 7 , is that the presenter Mirtha Legrand has lunch (Spanish: almuerzo ) with studio guests . Topics from all sectors were addressed and discussed.

The show was in 1968 under the title Almorzando ... put on. Originally, the guests were prominent people from show business and the art scene. Over time, however, politicians, athletes and scientists were also invited. When the broadcast format soon became popular, the title was changed to Almorzando con Mirtha Legrand because of the moderator's popularity . In 1992 Legrand won the Martín Fierro Gold Media Prize for the show .

The guests included numerous celebrities from the Argentine and foreign public. For example, the last three presidents of the country - Eduardo Duhalde , Néstor and Cristina Kirchner - but also Raúl Alfonsín and the Venezuelan head of state Hugo Chávez have already been guests on the show.
