Alois Lampert (born August 19, 1932 in Eschen ; † February 1, 1977 there ) was a Liechtenstein cyclist .
Life and athletic career
Alois Lampert won the fourth stage of the Tour of Austria in 1951. In addition, he became the Grossglockner King , ie he was the first to cross the Grossglockner on the stage. A year later he took part in the 1952 Summer Olympics. In the road race , he finished 30th. After Adolf Schreiber (who started the road race in Berlin in 1936 ), he and his teammate Ewald Hasler were the second cyclist from Liechtenstein to be sent to the Olympic Games from the Principality.
In 1951, 1954 and 1958 he was national road racing champion . In the 1950s he started several times at the UCI World Championships in road racing.
