Alois Müller (politician, 1878)
Alois Müller (born March 1, 1878 in Sulz ; † October 13, 1945 in Güssing ) was an Austrian machine worker and politician ( SDAP ). He was a member of the Federal Council and a member of the Burgenland Landtag .
Life
Alois Müller was born as the son of the housewife Rosalia Müller from Sulz. He attended elementary school and subsequently worked as an innkeeper and machine worker in Tobaj .

Müller was involved in the Social Democratic Workers' Party and was a member of the state party executive and state party control. In addition, he was active in the Chamber of Labor and in 1924 was a member of the Advisory Board of the Chamber of Labor. Furthermore, Müller worked as a party secretary in Güssing. Müller was sworn in as a member of the Burgenland state parliament on July 15, 1922, in which he represented the Social Democratic Labor Party until November 13, 1923. He was then a member of the Federal Council from November 27, 1925 to May 20, 1927, and on December 18, 1929, he succeeded again as a member of the Burgenland State Parliament after Josef Heger had left this body. Müller held his office as a member of the state parliament until February 12, 1934, but lost it in the course of the suppression of the February fighting in 1934.
