Alois Scheibenreif (born April 20, 1906 in Reith, Ternitz municipality , Neunkirchen district , † December 21, 1975 in Neunkirchen ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and farmer. Scheibenreif was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament from 1934 to 1938 and a member of the National Council from 1945 to 1967 .

Scheibenreif attended primary school and completed courses in the rural community education center Hubertendorf . He worked as a farmer in Reith. Scheibenreif was involved between 1925 and 1937 as the regional association chairman of the Lower Austrian advanced training associations and between 1934 and 1938 was the local councilor of Flatz . He was also active as the representative of the Lower Austrian Farmers' Union.

Between November 22, 1934 and March 12, 1938, Scheibenreif was the representative of agriculture and forestry in the state parliament of Lower Austria. After the National Socialists came to power, Scheibenreif was arrested twice. After the end of the Second World War, Scheibenreif was sworn in as a member of the National Council on December 19, 1945. He performed his mandate until December 7, 1967. In addition, from 1947 he held the position of chairman of the agricultural and forestry social insurance institution and was vice-president from 1950 and president of the Lower Austrian Chamber of Agriculture between 1962 and 1970.
