Alois Wölfler

Alois Wölfler (born October 31, 1882 in St. Johann im Pongau , † February 5, 1971 in Graz ) was an Austrian pharmacist and member of parliament.

Life

After graduating from high school in Salzburg , he studied pharmacy at the University of Graz . After completing his master's degree , he settled in Köflach as a pharmacist in 1916 .

After the annexation of Austria he came into political custody in 1938, from which he was released in 1942. After the Second World War , from December 19, 1945 to November 8, 1949, he was an ÖVP member of the National Council (Austria) . He opposed Austria's gentle treatment of the National Socialists and campaigned for the restitution of expropriations in Austria during the National Socialist era .

In 1952, at the age of 70, he became a Corps student at Corps Joannea .
