Alona Uehlin

Alona Uehlin ( Belarusian Алёна Улін Aljona Ulin ; born January 22, 1990 in Hrodna , Belarusian SSR , Soviet Union ) is a Belarusian-German tournament dancer and dance sports trainer .

Life

Uehlin came to dance through gymnastics, ballet and folk dance , which she has been doing since she was six. She danced her first tournaments for Belarus . At least since the end of 2003 she danced in the youth field with Jauhen Parchimowitsch ( Belarusian Яўген Пархімовіч ), from early 2004 until mid-2005 with Szjapan Hurskij ( Belarusian Сцяпан Гурскій ) and then by the end of 2006 Artsiom Kasyra ( Belarusian Арцём Казыра ).

In 2006 she came to Germany. Since then she has been dancing with the native Russian Anton Skuratov (* 1990 in Volgograd , Soviet Union, today Russia ), whom she had met earlier at a youth world championship in Spain . The couple started out for the Art Of Dance dance club in Cologne, for which Skuratov had previously danced with Anna Seltenreich, and later switched to TC Seidenstadt Krefeld . At the beginning of 2011, the couple moved to the Green Gold Club Bremen . It has been competing for the Munich dance and tournament club since the beginning of 2012.

With her partner Anton Skuratov, with whom she has also been married since 2011, she starts in the main group S, the highest German starting class. In the past, the couple was in both the standard and in the Latin area successfully. Since 2014 it has been concentrating on the standard area.

Uehlin took part in the 13th season of the RTL television show Let's Dance in 2020 and danced with Sükrü Pehlivan .
