The alphabetical directory of all cities, markets, villages, hamlets, mills and wastelands in the Rezat district is a directory (131 pages) that was published in 1812 by Friedrich Knoblauch. The full title reads: "Alphabetical directory of all cities, markets, villages, hamlets, mills and wastelands with the tax districts and regional courts in which they belong."

The work lists all places of the Rezatkreis according to the territorial status of 1812 with the indication of the responsible tax district and district court . The locations of the Forchheim , Graefenberg and Höchstadt regional courts, which were transferred to the Obermainkreis in 1817 , are found here, while the regional courts that were transferred from the Oberdonaukreis in 1817 ( Greding , Heidenheim , Hilpoltstein , Monheim , Nördlingen , Pleinfeld , Weißenburg ) are missing .

There is no further information on type of place, number of inhabitants and the like. The work provides information about places that later belonged to the ruling courts and to which regional courts they were previously subject.

In 1818 it was published - also in Ansbach - under the title Alphabetical Directory of all the localities contained in the Rezatkreise according to its constitution by the newest organization with the indication a. the tax districts, b. Judicial Districts, c. Rent offices, ... a considerably expanded place directory.
