Forchheim district court
The Forchheim district court was an older Bavarian district court that existed from 1803 to 1879 and was based in Forchheim in what is now the Forchheim district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .
In 1803, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the Forchheim district court was established. After the establishment of the Kingdom of Bavaria, this was added to the Mainkreis , whose capital was Bamberg .
The Forchheim district court was formed from areas that were part of the Bamberg bishopric before the Reichsdeputationshauptschluss . These were:
- the Office Forchheim : Forchheim , Burk , Dietzhof , Dobenreuth , Elsenberg , Gosberg , Hüpstetten , Kersbach , Kirchehrenbach , Leutenbach , Oberwimmelbach , Ösdorf , Pinzberg , Poppendorf , Reuth , Schlammersdorf , Schlaifhausen , Serlbach , Siegritzau , sub Heroldsbach , Unterwimmelbach , Weppersdorf , Wiesenthau and Willersdorf
- from office Eggolsheim : Eggolsheim , Bammersdorf , Buckenhof , Jägersburg , Kauer Hofen , Neussig , Pautzfeld , rescuers and Schirnaidel
- from the Bechhofen office : Hallerndorf , Hayd , Hüpstetten, Schlammersdorf , Schnayd , Stiebarlimbach and Willersdorf
- from the district of Schlüsselau : Hayd, Lauf , Weppersdorf , Wiesendorf and Willersdorf
