Gosberg is a district of Pinzberg in the Upper Franconian district of Forchheim in Bavaria .

The church village is about 1.5 km northeast of Pinzberg. The district town of Forchheim is 5 km away. The Hirtenbach, a headwaters of the Regnitz, borders in the southwest .

The first mention of the place in 1062, when King was Henry IV. The Diocese of Bamberg transferred Gosberg and several other towns. Gosberg was then called Gozzespuhel = hill of Götz.

In 1978 the previously independent municipality of Gosberg was incorporated into Pinzberg as part of the municipal reform.

The place has retained its agricultural structure to this day. The State Street St 2236 extending therethrough; The district road FO 2 opens inside . In the northwest, the Forchheim – Behringersmühle line with the Gosberg stop passes.
