Amalie Bleibtreu
Amalie Bleibtreu , née Amalie Hybl , (born January 2, 1835 in Troppau , Austrian Silesia - August 26, 1917 in Vienna ) was an Austrian theater actress .
Life
She made her debut in Kaschau in 1850, then worked at several provincial theaters in Austria-Hungary and was a member of the Theater an der Wien and the Josefstädtertheater in Vienna. In 1890 she had withdrawn from the stage entirely.
Her further life is unknown. She was buried in the Central Cemetery in Vienna .
She was married to the actor Sigmund Bleibtreu , her daughters Hedwig Bleibtreu and Maximiliane Bleibtreu also became actresses.
Amalie Bleibtreu's great-grandniece Monica Bleibtreu (1944–2009) was a prominent theater actress. Their son Moritz (* 1971) is a well-known film actor in the younger German cinema.
