Amata greener
Mater Amata Grüner (born January 8, 1893 , † January 25, 1964 in Bad Mergentheim ) was a German religious sister.
Life
From 1942 she was provincial superior of the Teutonic Sisters in Opava . After the end of World War II, she was interned with other sisters in April 1946 and finally expelled from the Sudetenland . In Passau she built a new provincial house in the St. Nikola monastery and was provisional from 1946 to 1950, after the establishment of a sister province of Bavaria at the beginning of 1949, she was a full provincial superior of the sister province of Germany from 1950 to 1962.

- Naming of Amata-Grüner-Strasse in Passau , where it is buried.
