Amron Harry Katz

Amron Harry Katz (born August 15, 1915 , † February 10, 1997 ) was an American physicist and aerial reconnaissance specialist .

Amrom Harry Katz developed methods for satellite-based aerial reconnaissance , which were used both in the military and in the civilian sector ( locating disaster victims , searching for raw material deposits). Between 1954 and 1969, Katz worked for Rand Corporation in Santa Monica , California .
